Our intermediate courses range in length from 1 day to 10 days, and all begin on a weekly basis.
Each of our intermediate courses are designed to help you refresh your skills so you can feel comfortable and confident when you step on the salon floor. Our fast-track hairdressing course – #ONTHEFLOOR – allows you to choose the focus of the course; hair cutting, barbering, colouring, etc. and you’ll also receive bespoke hairdressing training geared toward your unique needs and goals.

Aimed at those who’ve left college with a hairdressing qualification but don’t feel confident enough on the salon floor or those needing to brush up on a specific skill. The Refresher/Confidence-Builder
Course Price: £825
Course length: 5 days
Start dates: Weekly
This is the Alan d signature course. This Intermediate Hairdressing Course is aimed at hairdressers returning to the industry or experienced stylists who feel ‘bogged down’ with their everyday routine. It aims to help you polish up your skills and give some much needed inspiration. It’s also ideal for newly qualified hairdressers that don’t feel confident on the salon floor. Expect training on cutting, styling and colouring.
Courses begin weekly throughout the year.
The Alan d Hairdresser Refresher certification is awarded on completion of the course.
This course can be taken at both our London and Ipswich Hairdressing Schools.
